Lead BPM Architect

An opportunity has arisen for a Lead BPM Architect to work for Ruletronics. This opportunity will include both acting as a Technical Design Authority and at the same time influence the functional design of BPM solutions.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Liaises with clients to understand business procedures, the limits of existing client software, hardware and infrastructure stack;
  • Create Functional design, detailed solution documents with appropriate class and UML diagrams
  • Undertakes feasibility studies incorporating costs and benefits, and presents proposals to clients;
  • Preparation of Business Case involving evaluation of ROI, TCO for BPM solutions
  • Communicates business requirements and works with IT delivery team through provision of functional specifications
  • Advises clients on latest available IT solutions and their potential in driving process efficacy
  • Conducting design workshops and seminar to highlight value offerings of BPM to customers and prospects
  • Prepares traceability matrices which can be used to track deliverables from inception to implementation
  • Ensure Projects adhere to best design and solution practices
Skills and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in IT field;
  • Relevant experience in Designing and Architecting Pega Solutions using Pega PRPC 6/7 versions
  • Experience in other BPM tools like Appian, IBM BPM
  • Strong experience in Client on-boarding and KYC implementation using Pega
  • Pega framework knowledge like Pega CPM, PCF NBAM, KYC etc., preferred;
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Advanced documentation skills from both functional and non-functional perspective
  • Experience of using Knowledge and Artefact repository tools such as IBM RTC and Jira
  • Must have worked in Agile environment with good knowledge in SCRUM methodology
  • Pega LSA (minimum Part1), Pega CSSA certification and Appian certification is a must.
